Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment that I find highly effective for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and phobias. I’ll work with you to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact, helping you develop healthier coping strategies for a more fulfilling life.
In our therapy sessions, I aim to create a non-judgmental and open space for exploration. My focus is on being human, and I weave CBT techniques into the natural flow of our discussions, allowing for a holistic approach to your well-being. Face to face sessions are held in my clinics in Glasgow or Stirlingshire.
I work with youths aged 12+ and adults, offering flexible therapy options, whether you prefer online sessions (50 minutes for £50) or in-person meetings (50 minutes for £60). Additionally, I can organise CBT workshops for community groups and workplaces, covering topics like social anxiety, low self-esteem, and more.
If you’re interested, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute introductory call to see if my therapy is the right fit for you.
